We are made up of people and communities who fought to retain their local libraries and related services within the library.
Based in Catford, South-East London, the Network Manager will work alongside CMLNPN Trustees, key stakeholders and two regional Co-ordinators’ to grow a network of community hubs based around the principles of a community library, developed organically with local leadership, to fit local needs to deliver transformational and long-term change to civic life with local communities as the bedrock for that change.
The Network Manager will set up, lead and manage the National Office; oversee the work of the two regional co-ordinators; develop a database and contact list of CMLs across England and Wales; set up and run a tiered membership scheme and revenue plan; develop and manage our membership and partner based activities; support bid writing and business development initiatives; manage our Public Space Management Leadership Programme; maintain communication, marketing, website and social media channels; organise network and shared learning events including an annual conference and support us in producing toolkits, podcasts and learning resources.
